ServiceNow Risk & GRC Expert

About the role

Join Erste Digital’s dynamic team in Košice and help shape the financial future of millions by implementing risk‑management processes on the ServiceNow platform. You will act as the key subject‑matter expert for Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of risk‑management processes in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with risk specialists, business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform team to translate requirements into effective solutions and user stories.
• Identify automation and standardisation opportunities to enhance user experience.
• Design, configure and deliver risk solutions while aligning with the broader platform architecture and roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of risk‑management processes, preferably in regulated industries such as banking.
• Ability to engage stakeholders, analyse requirements and turn business needs into clear ServiceNow solutions.
• Independent, structured work style combined with a strong team mindset.
• Good English communication skills in an international environment.

Required skills

• ServiceNow platform expertise.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC) and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• ServiceNow CSA certification or similar (highly valued).
