Service Coordinator

About the role

Oxywise is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage daily service operations and customer requests. The role ensures smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal teams while supporting both local and international activities.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and intercompany teams via email and phone.
• Prepare quotations, process incoming orders, and issue advance invoices.
• Create and maintain maintenance plans for generators and complete systems.
• Order spare parts, manage warehouse stock, and coordinate packaging and shipment preparation.
• Arrange travel logistics (flights, accommodation, visas, transport) for service activities.
• Maintain service documentation, databases, and regular reports.
• Handle customer complaints, warranty claims, and provide basic technical support.
• Collaborate with logistics, purchasing, accounting, and sales departments.
• Manage service leads in CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Slovak.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a proactive, responsible approach.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment and work well in a team.

Required skills

• PC literacy with MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) – advantage.
