Sales Marketing Coordinator – EMEA

About the role

As a Sales Marketing Coordinator you will support TOMRA Food’s EMEA sales organization by planning and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen lead generation, customer engagement, and commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run targeted campaigns and engagement programs to generate quality leads for regional sales.
• Create and maintain sales enablement tools, case studies and compelling marketing content.
• Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars and customer events across EMEA, managing timelines, suppliers and budgets.
• Oversee development and distribution of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
• Track and report KPIs, campaign results and event ROI, using CRM and analytics to measure impact and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or equivalent, or comparable practical experience.
• Proven experience in B2B, sales‑driven marketing environments.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for exhibitions and customer events and a valid driving licence.
