Senior Customer Strategy Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a senior consultant who connects CRM and Customer Experience expertise with a deep understanding of the client’s business, proactively identifies and develops new commercial opportunities, and transforms customer data and insights into solutions with measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop existing and new clients through strategic discussions on CRM, Customer Experience, retention and customer engagement.
• Lead conversations with senior and C‑level stakeholders, identify relevant opportunities and translate them into concrete solutions and business cases.
• Understand the client’s business model, priorities and customer experience to spot high‑impact opportunities.
• Combine customer data and insights with business context to create strategies and recommendations.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of consulting projects, from problem definition and solution design to delivery and client presentation.
• Lead client projects and coordinate internal specialists required for successful delivery.
• Co‑create and expand the company’s CRM consulting know‑how.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior experience in Customer Strategy, Customer Experience, retention or customer engagement within the consumer segment.
• Proven experience in consultative selling and developing business opportunities in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead consulting projects and take responsibility for end‑to‑end delivery.
• Strong business curiosity and analytical mindset to turn data and insights into actionable solutions and business cases.
• Fluent English (C1) and experience working in an international setting.

Required skills

• Experience with at least one CRM/customer engagement platform such as Bloomreach, Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
