Senior Inside Sales Support Representative – Europe & META (French) – Maternity Cover

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a proactive Senior Inside Sales Support Representative to backfill a maternity leave for the Europe & META region. The role will support sales teams, business partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order processing, quote renewals and contract management while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with assigned Sales Representatives to process quote renewals, align quantities and prices, and manage approvals.
• Onboard new tools and define process efficiencies to reduce sales‑facing time.
• Manage contract creation, validation and maintenance, and coordinate with pricing, logistics, finance and product teams.
• Act as the single point of contact for selected business partners and end‑customers for pre‑ and post‑sales queries.
• Handle escalations, prioritize tasks and support ad‑hoc administrative activities that boost sales productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar sales support or back‑office role.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and customer‑facing abilities, with a capacity to work independently.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex systems and procedures.
