Senior Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of Fortune 1000 customers, helping them unlock maximum value from the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback to maximize value and retention.
• Schedule and prepare Executive Business Reviews to increase adoption and demonstrate ROI.
• Maintain deep knowledge of WalkMe’s product roadmap to guide customers and improve their Adoption Score.
• Educate customers on relevant features and develop strategic trusted‑advisor relationships with decision makers.
• Collaborate with internal Account teams to create Success Plans, monitor health, and drive renewals and expansion.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS customer success, account management or post‑sales experience with Fortune 1000 customers.
• Proven track record of meeting quarterly retention and growth quotas.
• Experience managing large enterprise accounts (4,000+ employees) and driving adoption.
• Strong competency in sales discovery, ROI discussions and partnership with sales teams.
• Fluent in English and German.
