Senior Controller

About the role

As Senior Controller you will lead the financial performance, governance and planning for Kanadevia Inova’s largest Swiss legal entity, acting as a trusted business partner to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entity’s P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow performance, drive monthly performance reviews and variance analysis.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and medium‑term planning in line with Group requirements.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital transparency and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit standards.
• Promote digital finance by developing Power BI dashboards, automating reporting and delivering data‑driven insights.
• Partner with business leaders and cross‑functional teams such as FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, HR and Business Units to improve financial governance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering within an international, project‑driven environment.
• Strong expertise in legal‑entity controlling, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow steering and performance management.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Power BI – dashboard creation, KPI reporting and data modelling.
• Experience with ERP and consolidation tools such as SAP, IFS or Tagetik.
• Proficiency in data analytics, automation and digital finance solutions.
