Senior Accounts Receivable Controller – Global Services

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Controller to join its global AR team. The role will drive AR transformation, process improvement and strategic initiatives for Services‑related cash collection, billing, cash application and dispute management, with a future path toward leading the global Services AR scope.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AR transformation and process improvement initiatives with clear project structure, milestones, risks, actions and outcomes.
• Drive standardisation, governance, automation and simplification across AR processes, focusing on performance excellence.
• Support the business case and operating model design for a dedicated Services AR organisation.
• Partner with GEO AR teams, Services, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and other stakeholders to align ownership and execution.
• Develop high‑level policies, controls, KPIs and performance governance for Services AR activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years of experience in project management, transformation, services, OTC finance or related operational finance roles.
• Strong project‑management mindset with ability to structure complex topics, manage stakeholders and deliver measurable improvements.
• Good understanding of Order‑to‑Cash and AR processes; experience with collections, billing, cash application or dispute management is a plus.
• Leadership potential to build, influence and eventually lead a global Services AR team.
• Effective written and oral communication in English; additional languages such as Spanish are a plus.
