Sales Operations Analyst (English and German)

About the role

Swiss Re is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst for its L&H Sales Operations team in Bratislava, which acts as an administrative and analytical centre for the Division EMEA and Globals. The team supports Client Markets so they can focus on clients while improving the efficiency of tools and processes. As part of the team you will act as a point of contact and partner for Client Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle your own portfolio, including contract management, data gathering, portfolio analysis and reporting
• Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams such as Technical Accounting, Claims and Underwriting, and take part in projects and initiatives
• Prepare presentations ad hoc for client visits, client events and conferences

Required profile

• Fluent English and German
• Reliable, dedicated and able to prioritise, with attention to detail
• Previous experience in a relevant field; the position is also suitable for graduates
• Nice to have: experience in business administration or insurance/reinsurance

Required skills

• MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Data literacy is an advantage

What we offer

• Base salary in Slovakia of EUR 1,400 to 2,300 per month for a full-time role, depending on profile and requirements
