Reporting Developer (Operation Manager Role)

About the role

Operational Services GmbH, part of Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, is looking for a Reporting Developer in Košice. The team is English and German speaking and works on IT systems for its customers, supporting long-term system support and the availability of critical business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and specify business requirements and requests.
• Create and review functional and technical concepts for reporting solutions.
• Support Reporting Release Management activities.
• Perform data cleansing and data quality improvements within the database environment.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change and Change Management processes.
• Develop, maintain and optimise reporting solutions and related database objects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business stakeholders.
• German or English.

Required skills

• Strong database knowledge, particularly Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle APEX development.
• Experience with Reporting Services and reporting solution development.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; ITIL Foundation v4 certification preferred.
