Recruiter for Czech Republic & Slovakia

About the role

Join Heineken's People Team as a Recruiter focused on the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You will act as a trusted partner for hiring managers and candidates, delivering a positive experience while helping the business grow with top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, selecting appropriate partners and communication channels.
• Support the roll‑out of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives.
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders across Heineken.
• Translate business needs into recruitment projects and align them with key partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous enhancement of recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Ability to turn business requirements into actionable initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Track record of implementing process improvements.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
