Quality R&D Site Specialist

About the role

The Quality R&D Site Specialist will provide Quality Assurance support for the Global Oral Health Scale‑Up Facility (GOHSU) and broader R&D activities at Haleon's Levice site. You will help establish, qualify and oversee the facility while ensuring compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements and Haleon Quality Standards.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and approve qualification and validation activities for systems, equipment and facilities.
• Provide QA oversight for change controls, deviations, laboratory investigations and other QMS processes.
• Review and approve GMP procedures, protocols, reports and records.
• Perform final QA release activities for materials and products.
• Support third‑party management and supplier quality interactions.
• Participate in internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and follow‑up.
• Contribute to development and implementation of local and global SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on facility qualification, scale‑up, technology transfer and commercialization.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Technical Operations or related roles within a regulated environment.
• Broad understanding of QA principles across the product lifecycle.
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements for oral‑care or medical products.
• Experience with equipment qualification, validation, change control, deviation handling and laboratory investigations.
• Proven ability to support audits, inspections and documentation review.
• Fluency in English and Slovak.
