Pharmacovigilance Specialist – DACH Region (German Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join our global team, focusing on the DACH region. The role is remote/home‑based and involves ensuring compliance with local safety regulations while supporting health‑authority interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as PV contact/Local Safety Officer for DACH countries.
• Communicate with Health Authorities and clients.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local guidelines and regulations.
• Collect, process, and reconcile safety information and handle medical information requests.
• Maintain quality standards and monitor local literature review weekly.
• Participate in inspections, audits and develop SOPs.

Required profile

• Biologist, Pharmacist, Medical Doctor or other life‑science degree.
• At least 2 years experience in local pharmacovigilance activities within the DACH region.
• Fluent English and native‑level German.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities; ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using pharmacovigilance databases.
