Integrated Insights Business Partner

About the role

The Integrated Insights Business Partner works at country level within Novartis' Integrated Insights pillar, turning data into actionable insights to support Commercial and Value & Access decisions for assigned therapeutic areas.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for insight and analytics needs, translating strategy into clear business questions and supporting market research planning and execution.
• Prepare and maintain market assumptions for forecasting, partner with finance and access teams, and provide inputs for incentive target setting.
• Execute payer market research, coordinate external data acquisition, and generate customer insights to inform value perception and access decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, develop KPIs, and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics or Market Research; advanced degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in business analytics or commercial strategy within pharmaceuticals, biotech or healthcare.
• Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
