Office Manager

About the role

The Office Manager will oversee day‑to‑day office operations at our Bratislava office, ensuring a well‑organized and efficient work environment for legal professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility coordination.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management and meeting logistics.
• Prepare documents and handle internal and external communications.
• Greet visitors, manage reception duties, and support client service activities.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers.
• Contribute to process improvement, basic budgeting and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong office administration and assistance experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Slovak and good written and spoken English.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Good organizational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office365.
