About the role

The company is a design office looking for a proactive Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities across Slovakia. You will be the main point of contact for architects, developers and investors, promoting the firm’s services in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new architects, developers and investors, generating fresh sales opportunities nationwide.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, conduct sales meetings, assess needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare briefs for price quotations, create project budgets in internal software, and manage contract documentation including schedules, hand‑over protocols and insurance certificates.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to monitor ongoing orders, update scope and timelines, and handle amendments to offers when required.
• Track invoicing and payments, ensuring the commercial case is closed properly.
• Deliver monthly presentations and training on acoustics, legislation and product updates together with assistants or specialists.

• Strong commercial mindset with proactive, flexible time management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities and make operational decisions.
• Strategic thinking for long‑term client development and project success.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Flexibee).
• Basic economic knowledge for project management.
• Use of AI tools to improve work efficiency.
