Commercial Assistant – International Retail Support

About the role

Join The Floral Connection’s Slovakia team as a Commercial Assistant, supporting a key retail customer and working closely with Account Leads, Sales, Planning, Purchasing and Operations in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process new products and product information in the ERP system.
• Support the order process from quotation to delivery, prepare commercial offers and handle claims.
• Request, coordinate and prepare samples for customers and maintain accurate product specifications.
• Monitor and maintain commercial data and documentation to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• MBO+/Bachelor level education, preferably with a commercial background.
• Structured, accurate and customer‑focused working style with good English communication skills.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset and ability to switch quickly between tasks.

Required skills

• Experience using an ERP system.
