MedTech & Consumer Health FP&A Lead

About the role

The MedTech & Consumer Health FP&A Lead will partner closely with the Finance Head to steer budgeting, forecasting, costing and financial analysis for a mid‑sized market or regional function. This senior position provides strategic financial insight, supports decision‑making and drives long‑term profitability across the MedTech and Consumer Health business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, strategic planning and monthly forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain business metrics to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with US GAAP, IQVIA policies and local regulations.
• Provide pricing strategy input, financial modeling and cost‑analysis for new initiatives.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and support senior leadership reviews (business, operating, functional, president council).
• Participate in M&A due diligence, build business cases and evaluate investment opportunities.
• Act as the primary liaison between the business function and finance leadership to align regional plans.
• Monitor spending, identify risks and opportunities, and issue early‑warning insights.
• Own the P&L for management, HR, finance and commercial operations support functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
