Business Consultant & Application Manager – Finance and P&O

About the role

Tomra is seeking a Business Consultant and Application Manager for Finance and People & Organisation to bridge the gap between Finance, P&O and Business IT, ensuring the application landscape supports efficient, reliable and scalable processes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end software and digitalisation projects, from planning to post‑implementation support.
• Analyse, design and improve Finance and P&O business processes and translate requirements into sustainable application solutions.
• Manage interfaces and integrations, especially IFS Cloud ERP, with internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide ongoing application support, incident resolution, change management and continuous improvement.
• Identify emerging technologies that add value to Finance and P&O processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT project management and business application consulting, preferably with Payroll, Time & Absence or Finance modules in ERP environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent professional experience.
• Business‑fluent English; German is a plus.
