Material Planner

About the role

Haleon, a consumer health company behind brands such as Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin and Centrum, is looking for a Material Planner. The role keeps materials flowing smoothly for production while optimising stock levels, working closely with suppliers and the teams of production, quality, purchasing, logistics and warehousing.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure materials are available for continuous production
• Plan and order materials based on production requirements and stock status
• Coordinate deliveries from suppliers and manage supply risks
• Monitor and optimise stock levels, planning parameters and replenishment settings
• Keep accurate planning data in SAP
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to improve supply chain efficiency

Required profile

• Knowledge or experience in planning, logistics, purchasing, supply chain or inventory management
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Understanding of inventory planning and material replenishment principles
• Ability to organise work independently and set priorities
• Good communication skills with suppliers and partners
• Fluent English

Required skills

• Digital tools: Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, SAP and automation
• Planning and inventory management

• Salary range EUR 1,821.42 to EUR 2,504.43, plus annual bonus and 13th-month pay
