Logistics Resident – Part-Time Contract (Nová Dubnica)

About the role

Robert Bosch, a subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH Stuttgart, is looking for a logistics resident to work on behalf of its supplier Daejung in Nová Dubnica. The position suits people seeking regular side income alongside their main job, with a maximum of 10 hours per week on a part-time contract, depending on need (covering holidays, sick leave and other absences).

Key responsibilities

• Prepare shipments: process goods receipts and dispatches in SAP (POE/PA5), print delivery notes, attach labels and visually check goods.
• Communicate with the carrier, hand over the pickup order and documents to the driver, supervise loading and track shipments.
• Handle requests and complaints, and deal daily with stock, unfulfilled orders, production and logistics issues.
• Communicate with Daejung staff about problems with orders, quality, packaging or dispatch.

Required profile

• Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate.
• English at B2 level (upper-intermediate).

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• SAP knowledge is useful but not stated as mandatory.
