Master Data Specialist

About the role

Trane Technologies is looking for a Master Data Specialist based on site in Ovcary, working five days a week. The main task is to ensure high integrity, accuracy and consistency of production data, working closely with design/engineering, planning, purchasing and production departments locally and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master data in SAP ECC: create and maintain material cards, manage production bills of materials, maintain technical procedures and operations, and set up and manage production versions
• Handle bulk data changes: prepare data, run bulk uploads and downloads, and check their correctness
• Work with internal customer transactions (Z-transactions) for mass maintenance, bills of materials, procedures and workflows
• Check data accuracy and cooperate across departments

Required profile

• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and systematic approach to data
• Ability to collaborate across departments
• Orientation towards production environments and corporate processes is a strong advantage

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel, especially with large data files
• SAP ECC knowledge, ideally Material Planning and Production Planning modules
• Good command of English; German is an advantage
