Manager, Sourcing (Data Analytics)

About the role

The Global Sourcing Manager – IT Services & Technology reports to the Sr Global Sourcing Manager within the Global Digital Sourcing Management function. This data‑driven role works closely with Mondelez Digital Services stakeholders to lead sourcing and contract management for IT Services & Technology on a global scale.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct spend analysis, cost modelling and scenario planning to identify cost‑saving opportunities and quantify value.
• Lead bid events, evaluate supplier responses using data analytics, and negotiate contracts to achieve best cost‑service outcomes.
• Manage all phases of sourcing and contract management, including Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work, ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Partner with global stakeholders and suppliers, using data storytelling to influence decisions and support the Supplier Relationship Management programme.

Required profile

• Demonstrated expertise in data extraction, manipulation, analysis and visualisation to support procurement decision‑making.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interrogate large datasets and solve complex sourcing challenges.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities to manage multiple workstreams and influence stakeholders.
• Proven capability to build strong partnerships with cross‑functional teams and suppliers worldwide.

• Power BI or similar BI/analytics tools
• Tableau or comparable data visualisation platforms
