Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing Strategy

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager within Manufacturing Strategy for the Hydrostatics Division, you will translate the LEAP 2030 footprint strategy into concrete actions. You will lead the Hydrostatics value‑stream process and drive larger localisation and footprint‑optimisation projects while collaborating with twelve HY manufacturing plants worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead localisation and footprint optimisation projects.
• Support HY value‑stream management and lead individual value streams.
• Drive end‑to‑end manufacturing process optimisation across twelve HY plants.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply‑chain, quality and portfolio teams to align objectives.
• Guide project planning, timelines, resources and risk management.
• Communicate progress and decisions to build trusted partnerships across functions and locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects in a manufacturing, industrial or product‑focused environment.
• Hands‑on experience working with supply‑chain, procurement and operations teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑influence skills across regions.
• Familiarity with business systems such as SAP or PLM and solid analytical abilities.
