Junior Tactical Buyer (Greek language)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Tactical Buyer who is fluent in Greek to join our multinational team in Slovakia. The role offers full training, a hybrid work model and clear opportunities for career growth within a dynamic procurement environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks for global procurement, including approval of purchase requests and orders.
• Perform tactical supplier selection within defined spend limits and manage smaller tenders and quote requests.
• Communicate with internal customers to finalize demand specifications and provide basic procurement support.
• Prepare supplier pre‑selection based on preferred supplier lists and conduct negotiations with those suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, manage claim‑management for contracts, and close contracts (except frame contracts) within the defined scope.
• Work with internal IT systems, maintain catalog content, and support project sub‑tasks independently.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or university degree (Bachelor/Master).
• Greek language proficiency at C1 level; English or Slovak at B2 level.
• Strong sense of responsibility, high motivation and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Flexibility, good communication skills and a willingness to continuously learn and improve processes.
