Junior Supply Chain & Packaging Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain & Packaging Engineer to join our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia. In this role you will support the design and optimisation of logistics flows for new programmes, helping to keep people and goods moving safely, smarter and sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and optimisation of logistics flows for new programmes, adhering to Supply Chain standards.
• Define target stock levels across the global supply chain.
• Contribute to logistics cost analysis and evaluate investment proposals.
• Create functional specifications for packaging and coordinate packaging development activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• No prior professional experience required; curiosity and an analytical mindset are essential.
• Proficient in English; a second foreign language is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Ability to prioritise, organise and manage projects.
• Valid category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
