Supply Chain Manager – Automotive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics for our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia. You will ensure on‑time, in‑full deliveries, cost efficiency and optimal inventory for both serial production and service parts while supporting our mission to deliver clean, connected mobility.

Key responsibilities

• Drive high‑performance supply chain operations focusing on OTIF deliveries, cost control and inventory optimisation.
• Manage and optimise upstream, internal and downstream flows (SCOOP) to meet customer and business requirements.
• Lead, develop and structure the supply chain team, set clear accountability and monitor performance.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, create action plans and ensure budget control for transport, handling, labour, warehousing and overheads.
• Secure short‑, mid‑ and long‑term resource availability for serial production and service parts.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders, maintaining high service levels and clear communication.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects based on lean principles and corporate standards.
• Ensure compliance with OPmobility safety policies and corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing large teams in a complex environment.
• Automotive industry background is highly valued; knowledge of the VW Group is a plus.
• Proven ability to stabilise, structure and drive team performance.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong focus on KPIs, efficiency and execution.
• Fluent in Slovak or Czech and English (Upper‑Intermediate or higher).
