IT Infrastructure Coordinator

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Coordinator will ensure SWEP IT infrastructure and security comply with Dover Corporation standards. Working in a hybrid setting from either Kosice or Landskrona, you will collaborate with a third‑party supplier on managed services, networking and security.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the 3rd‑party supplier on managed services, network and IT security.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and server right‑sizing, including reservations.
• Continuously improve and automate IT processes.
• Lead infrastructure projects such as network refreshes, server migrations, OS upgrades and location moves.
• Create and maintain up‑to‑date documentation and knowledge‑base articles in ServiceNow.
• Participate in change management, including CAB meetings and server vulnerability remediation.
• Assist business units during implementation of new solutions.
• Administer internal tools like Password State, Evoko, CyberArk, automate and secure print.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technology or Computer Information Systems.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills for global team and vendor interaction.

• Office 365 administration.
• Windows Server OS and Linux administration.
• Group Policy Objects (GPO) and Active Directory.
• ServiceNow documentation and KB management.
• ITIL certification (preferred) and CCNA (advantage).
