HR Organisational Management Associate (Temporary)

About the role

Swiss Re is looking for an HR Organisational Management Associate in Bratislava to join its Global HR Organisational Management team. The role sits at the heart of how the company manages its global workforce structure, offering hands-on experience with HR systems and collaboration with teams around the world. It is a 1-year fixed-term position.

Key responsibilities

• Support organisational and position management activities, helping maintain accurate and up-to-date global organisation and position structures
• Maintain position and organisation data in internal HR tools, ensuring data integrity and compliance with global guidelines
• Act as a point of contact for data and process queries with HR departments and business functions
• Perform data quality checks and coordinate corrections with HR teams
• Support global personnel administration tasks and processes
• Help the Team Lead set, review and improve global processes, and contribute to team initiatives and projects
• Provide cover for other teams and handle ad hoc tasks

Required profile

• Data management experience, preferably in HR, with a solid understanding of HR data structures and processes
• Excellent communication in Slovak and English
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, reliability and diligence
• Client-oriented approach and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
• Nice to have: experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms (SAP, Workday, PeopleSoft) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel

What we offer

• Base salary in Slovakia of EUR 1,300 to 2,200 per month for a full-time role, plus a performance-based variable component
