About the role

Join Covestro's Global Service Center in Bratislava as a Training Coordination Intern and support the smooth delivery of learning programs. This role offers hands‑on experience in HR and Learning & Development, helping employees access training efficiently.

Key responsibilities

Attendance Management: download attendance lists and coordinate distribution to training providers.
System Administration: confirm training participation in Workday for accurate record‑keeping.
Participant Support: send training invitations, distribute certificates of completion, and manage follow‑up communications.
Team Support: assist with various training organization activities and special projects based on current priorities.

Required profile

Current university student with an interest in HR or administrative management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable team player with a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
Proficiency in English and standard office software.
