About the role
The International HR Services team in Bratislava is seeking an HR Services Agent to support branches and their employees with daily HR‑related queries. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring high satisfaction through timely assistance and clear communication in English.
Key responsibilities
- Provide advice and administrative support to employees and managers on HR topics, including master data, recruitment, talent management, rewards, and learning.
- Handle employee and manager requests via email, phone, and meetings, ensuring accurate and prompt responses.
Required profile
- Strong motivation to help people and a customer‑oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to improve.
Required skills
- Advanced English language skills for corporate communication.
- Proficiency with MS Office at a user level.
