Full Stack Engineer – MDS IIM

About the role

The Full Stack Engineer, MDS IIM, joins the Mondelez Digital Services (MDS) Digital R&D team to support the End‑to‑End (E2E) IIM process. Working closely with MSC Engineering teams, you will develop and configure front‑end and back‑end solutions that enable project portfolio management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deployable IIM product increments and configure front‑end/back‑end technologies to meet product requirements.
• Define, size and estimate technical tasks, ensuring accurate delivery planning.
• Assure software quality through end‑to‑end testing and support troubleshooting of technical issues.
• Build, configure, customise, integrate and test high‑quality solutions based on functional and technical specifications.
• Follow Agile and DevOps methodologies, adhering to business and technical standards throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Platform teams, Service Desk and external vendors.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of product services, software engineering, information risk and security guidelines.
• Experience in full‑stack engineering, automated deployment and continuous integration.
• Ability to work in diverse and inclusive teams, communicate effectively and innovate quickly.
