Data Modelling Consultant – Insurance

About the role

Join Capco’s Data Team as a Data Modelling Consultant focused on insurance and reinsurance clients. You will design and implement data solutions that support the migration and redesign of core insurance business platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design data models and transformation pipelines for insurance policy administration and claims.
• Develop data hubs, lakes, reporting platforms and warehouses aligned with client needs.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical concepts and solution approaches.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, taking ownership of project delivery.
• Lead both internal and client‑side teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience designing and building data solutions.
• Strong background in data engineering or data analytics.
• Familiarity with insurance data models, policy administration and claims processes.
• Ability to work independently and guide multidisciplinary teams.
