Finance Automation & RPA Lead Expert

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Finance Automation & RPA Lead Expert for its Finance Shared Service Center. You will act as the local point of contact for automation initiatives, helping to scale digital finance solutions in a structured and sustainable manner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document automation, RPA, workflow and AI‑assisted improvement opportunities in Finance SSC processes.
• Gather, structure and validate business requirements, including accounting logic, controls and data‑quality needs.
• Support existing automation solutions, coordinate incidents, changes, testing and perform business‑side root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate with IT and global automation experts; involve vendors or implementation partners only when required.
• Report automation pipeline status, risks and benefits to local management and the global Automation/RPA Team.

Required profile

• Experience in Finance SSC processes or comparable Finance Operations environments.
• Good accounting know‑how and strong understanding of finance postings, reconciliations, controls and reporting requirements.
• Digital affinity with a solid grasp of automation technologies, workflow solutions, RPA and AI use cases in finance.
• Structured, proactive working style with strong communication skills and fluent English.
