Enterprise Account Executive – Slovakia & Czechia

About the role

Fiserv is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new merchant acquisition and expand existing relationships across Slovakia and the Czech Republic. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, and contribute to the growth of Fiserv’s payment solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new enterprise merchant opportunities in target segments such as retail, grocery, hospitality, mobility and delivery.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing clients, offering cross‑sell of additional products and services.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models and contract frameworks to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support for merchants.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the merchant acquiring or payments industry.
• Strong understanding of payments technology, especially omnichannel platforms, gateways and terminals.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Fluent in English and Slovak or Czech; additional languages are a plus.
• Active driving licence.
