Employee Relations Specialist

About the role

As an Employee Relations Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for Employee Relations (ER) teams across MOBIS European subsidiaries, supporting locations in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey, and Spain. You will help align ER practices, contribute to collective bargaining, and ensure a fair and compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and standardise employee relations practices across the regional network.
• Assist in the preparation, negotiation and implementation of collective and wage agreements.
• Monitor labour‑relation trends, identify risks and report findings to management.
• Support workplace investigations under the ER Manager’s guidance, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality.
• Develop and deliver ER‑related training for supervisors and operations managers.
• Travel occasionally to other European MOBIS sites to support ER activities and share knowledge.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher).
• Advanced Slovak/Czech (C1) and upper‑intermediate English (B2); additional languages (Hungarian, Turkish, Korean) are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in labour law, collective bargaining or trade‑union practice in Slovakia or other EU countries; fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
