Early Careers Advisor – University Talent Recruitment

About the role

As an Early Careers Advisor you will be responsible for attracting and developing emerging talent for Mondelēz International. You will work closely with hiring managers and university partners across Central Eastern Europe to build a strong pipeline of interns and graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Manage and expand university relationships across CEE, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Drive annual recruitment volume planning and own the end‑to‑end process for internships and graduate programmes, including assessment centres.
• Continuously innovate and implement new approaches to connect with diverse talent pools.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Polish, Bulgarian, Romanian, Czech or Slovak are a plus.
• University degree (MA/BA), preferably in HR, Psychology or a related field.
• Initial experience in talent acquisition or early‑career recruitment is desirable.
• Strong understanding of recruitment trends and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a changing environment.
• Creative mindset to bring fresh ideas to early‑career initiatives.
