Document Specialist

About the role

Freshfields, an international law firm, is looking for a Document Specialist (Document Services Operator) in Bratislava. The team provides high-quality, efficient and comprehensive document editing services to its 3,000 lawyers worldwide. The position is organised on a 4 days on, 4 days off basis, with an average of 32 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Format, edit and update a wide range of documents, reports and presentations according to the firm's branding
• Compare documents and convert them into the firm's templates
• Assist internal clients with technical issues in MS Office documents
• Support workflow processes

Required profile

• Fluent English (minimum B2); German is an advantage
• Proven teamwork, stakeholder management and resilience under pressure
• Strong written and oral communication and excellent customer service skills
• Experience in an environment focused on continuous improvement

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

What we offer

• Monthly gross salary from EUR 1,600, plus an extra 6% on top of the base salary
