Clinical Trial Assistant 2

About the role

iQVIA is looking for a Clinical Trial Assistant 2 in Bratislava to perform daily administrative activities together with the Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory and Start-Up teams. The goal is to deliver a complete and accurate Trial Master File.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain clinical documents and systems such as the Trial Master File (TMF) that track site compliance and performance within project timelines.
• Prepare, handle, distribute, file and archive clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
• Review study files periodically for completeness.
• Help prepare, handle and distribute clinical trial supplies and maintain tracking information, including coordination of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.
• Act as central contact for project communications, correspondence and related documentation.
• May accompany CRAs on site visits after completing required training.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of administrative support experience.
• Minimum one year of clinical research experience strongly preferred.
• Good command of English, written and verbal.
• Effective time management, organization and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines and protocol requirements, provided through company training.

The potential base pay range is EUR 19,400 to EUR 29,000 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule; incentives, bonuses and other benefits may also apply.
