Digital Learning Specialist

About the role

AGRANA is building a modern digital learning environment to help employees develop the skills they need today and tomorrow. As a Digital Learning Specialist you will design, curate and manage eLearning solutions that are accessible, relevant and easy to use across the global group.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging eLearning content and learning materials using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise.
• Maintain and curate the eLearning library, ensuring it stays up‑to‑date and easy to navigate for employees and managers.
• Create structured learning paths, for example leadership development journeys, that guide learners through meaningful development.
• Monitor adoption, usage and completion data to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Explore AI‑driven learning use cases and take ownership of the LMS environment, maximising the value of Workday Learning.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in digital learning, learning technology or learning design.
• Strong proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly across countries and functions.
• Hands‑on experience with eLearning authoring tools, preferably Articulate Rise or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems; experience with Workday Learning is a strong plus.
• Curiosity about new learning technologies and a proactive ownership mindset.
