Department Manager – Retail (Košice)

About the role

As a Department Manager you will lead, support and motivate a retail team, creating an inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit. You will ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and operational excellence in the store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high visual and operational standards.
• Analyze sales results, identify business opportunities, set targets and develop plans to optimise profit, inventory and performance.
• Manage staff scheduling, store opening and closing processes.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.
• Monitor fashion trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Promote the omni‑channel customer experience and the loyalty programme.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading and operating a retail environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales planning, analysis and reporting.
• Confident, solution‑oriented leader who inspires and coaches teams while embodying company values.
• Motivated to create exceptional customer experiences and actively support product sales.
• Passionate about fashion trends, commercial potential and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication, creativity and curiosity.
