Sales Manager – Slovakia (m/f)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and expand our business across Slovakia. The role focuses on B2B technical sales within the HVAC, installation, and building‑materials sectors, working closely with distributors, wholesalers, installers and construction partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sales and distribution channels throughout Slovakia.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with HVAC wholesalers, installation distributors and construction partners.
• Acquire new customers among installers, contractors, engineering firms, designers and developers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business meetings across the country.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and support further market expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, business development or account management.
• Proven experience selling technical products through distributors and wholesalers.
• Fluent Slovak and good English communication skills.
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Slovakia.
