Customer Support for Germany

About the role

Join a fast‑growing e‑commerce company as the primary point of contact for German‑speaking customers. You will handle inbound phone and email inquiries, support orders and returns, and ensure a smooth post‑processing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound German‑language calls (≈90% of communication) and emails.
• Advise customers on product portfolio, order status, and returns.
• Edit and forward inquiries to the Back Office as first‑level contact.
• Manage consumer marketplace listings and issues on platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
• Document and post‑process all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1) and strong English or Slovak (C1) communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, team‑player mindset and basic negotiation skills.
• Education ranging from secondary school to university degree; fresh graduates are welcome.
