Customer Service Representative – German Speaking

About the role
We are looking for German‑speaking customer service agents to work from home. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers with order‑related issues and provide information about accounts and invoices.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls from German‑speaking customers.
- Resolve inquiries about returns, complaints, late shipments, damaged goods, accounts and invoices.
- Document interactions and follow internal procedures.
- Adapt to shift schedules covering afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Fluent German communication skills.
- Friendly demeanor with a customer‑oriented approach.
- Basic computer literacy and quick learning ability.
- Willingness to work shifts between 09:00 and 22:00, Monday‑Sunday, 38.75 hours per week (part‑time accepted).
