Payment Associate - Slovak Speaker

About the role

ICON is seeking a Payment Associate who is fluent in Slovak and English to manage site and participant payments for clinical trials. The role ensures compliance with regulations and supports the financial aspects of trial execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and execute site payments in line with Clinical Trial Agreements and staff contracts.
• Process participant payments according to regulatory requirements and sponsor policies.
• Record transactions accurately in electronic systems and create purchase orders in coordination with budget and contract teams.
• Set up new suppliers for engaged site staff and monitor payment status, proactively resolving issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or 3-4 years of payments experience.
• Fluency in Slovak and English with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
