Business Consultant – 6‑month contract (possible extension)

About the role

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to help top e‑commerce brands maximise the value of its Engagement Platform. You will work on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with the possibility of extension, supporting clients through implementation, data migration and strategic optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, design data structures and manage data migration for client projects.
• Deploy automated programs and guide clients on effective use of the Bloomreach Engagement platform.
• Act as a strategic advisor on e‑commerce, analytics, digital marketing and marketing automation.
• Build strong client relationships, monitor KPIs and drive ROI improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to create business strategies and roadmaps aligned with client goals.

Required profile

• Customer‑facing experience in B2B or B2C environments, preferably within SaaS, agency or e‑commerce.
• Strong ownership, self‑organisation and ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
• Consulting mindset – comfortable challenging assumptions and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Growth mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
