Brand Manager – Non‑Alcoholic Beverages (Slovakia)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate marketer to lead the Birell brand in Slovakia. You will shape the long‑term vision, drive product innovations and activate communication that influences consumer behaviour in the fast‑growing non‑alcoholic beverage category.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver the annual integrated commercial plan for Birell.
• Lead development and execution of activities across consumer and trade touch‑points.
• Analyse the business context of the non‑alcoholic beverages segment.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels, negotiate and secure buy‑in.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects beyond brand marketing.
• Oversee agency relationships to ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Lead and develop a junior talent within the team.
• Take responsibility for the brand budget.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Proven success in marketing multiple brands.
• Full‑scope operational marketing experience (product development, media, online, PR, sponsorship, trade activations).
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Finance and business acumen.
• Fluent in English and Slovak.
• Active driver licence.
• Open‑minded and curious personality.
