Academy Content Consultant (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Bloomreach is building an agentic platform for personalization, powering more than 1,400 global brands. As an Academy Content Consultant, you will join the internal product education team to design and develop high-quality learning content, leading course development projects end-to-end and turning complex product functionality into engaging educational experiences. This is a fixed-term 12-month maternity cover position, fully remote or office-based.

Key responsibilities

• Own course development projects end-to-end, from post-design planning and execution to iteration and delivery.
• Design logical learning journeys and storyboards, documenting the instructional design rationale behind major decisions.
• Build digital assets such as interactive e-learning modules, scenario-based assessments, video walkthroughs and job aids, delegating to juniors where appropriate.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to extract technical knowledge, secure review time and keep production schedules realistic.
• Design for global audiences with simple language and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Use approved GenAI rapid-prototyping tools to speed script drafting and asset creation, with QA and brand consistency.
• Troubleshoot authoring tools (e.g. Rise 360, Google Slides, Elai) and the LMS.

Required profile

• Ideally 2-3 years of experience designing digital learning, preferably in a SaaS, B2B or high-growth tech environment.
• Strong understanding of modern instructional design theories and frameworks.
• Ability to communicate with technical experts and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Exceptional written and spoken English (C1/C2 preferred).
• Interest in learning complex software suites such as customer data platforms, search algorithms and e-commerce personalization engines.
• Proactive project management and time management.

Required skills

• Authoring tools, with a bonus for Articulate Rise/Rise 360.
• Video editing and AI-generation tools.
• LMS administration.
