Learning Experience Designer – Vendor Education

About the role

Amazon is building the future of vendor education across Europe by creating AI‑native learning solutions that help thousands of sellers succeed on its platform. As a Learning Experience Designer you will blend learning theory, instructional design, product thinking and artificial intelligence to craft experiences that appear directly where vendors work.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content across eLearning modules, videos, job aids, playlists and in‑tool embedded experiences.
• Apply design judgment to select the most effective format, modality and delivery channel for each learning problem.
• Translate complex vendor processes into clear, multilingual learning assets for European marketplaces.
• Create learning products such as contextual guidance, adaptive pathways and modular components, not just standalone courses.
• Leverage generative AI to draft, iterate, localise and scale content, and structure assets with metadata for machine consumption.

• Curious about emerging technology and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Motivated to solve learning gaps with innovative, data‑informed approaches.
• Passionate about designing AI‑native solutions that reduce vendor errors and drive measurable business impact.
