Transportation Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the role

Mondelēz International is looking for a Transportation Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across its transportation processes. The role focuses on data accuracy, KPI tracking, and fostering an excellence culture within the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain work standards that sustain continuous improvement and high‑performance culture.
• Initiate, coach, and coordinate Kaizen events and related training.
• Collect, verify, and analyze data and best‑practice information to promote CI progress.
• Track department KPI scorecards and project status, ensuring transparent reporting.
• Facilitate root‑cause analysis for end‑to‑end loss identification and support loss‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant, distribution centre, and external stakeholders to optimize transportation flow.

Required profile

• Proven experience in continuous improvement, preferably within transportation or supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to collect, validate, and interpret data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to engage cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and zero‑loss methodologies.
